Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Fragrance Shipping Notice All fragrance vials are carefully packaged to prevent leakage during transit. Each vial is sealed and wrapped securely. In the rare event of a leak caused by shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it promptly.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, Chizims Fragrance Store is not responsible for carrier delays or losses in transit.
