All Sales Are Final on Opened Vials Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened vials. We encourage you to review fragrance notes and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Our sample sizes are designed to let you explore a scent before committing to a larger size.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at naijahokage@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Chizims Fragrance Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local post office or filing a claim with the carrier.
